Shipping Information

Local Pick-Up

We offer local pick-up in Cottage Grove, Minnesota.

There is no refund on shipping costs.

Changing/Cancelling 

Finn's Frog Farm does not guarantee that any order can be changed, combined or canceled after it has been placed.  If you wish to change/cancel or combine your order, email finnsfrogfarm@gmail.com immediately.  While we will try to honor these requests, sometimes we are not able to get your order changed before it is packed and shipped.

Live Animal Shipping Schedule

Live animal shipping is based on the weather in the area of delivery and the customer's schedule to pick up the package.  No shipping of live animals will happen until the customer speaks Finn's Frog Farm via email/text/phone call.

 

Shipping occurs Monday through Wednesday. 

You must select UPS overnight shipping or local pickup in Cottage Grove, MN. Overnight shipping is through UPS. Must be home to sign for delivery or if being held at UPS store for pickup  must be picked up within 2 hours of delivery to UPS store for the live arrival guarantee. Contact will be made with buyer before live animals will be shipped. Overnight shipping rates may var from the listed amount. We will contact you on final shipping prices.

We do not ship live animal orders if the origin or destination temperature exceeds 90 degrees F at the time of shipment.  If this occurs, we will hold your order until the temperatures meet requirements.

International Shipping

We do not ship outside the continental USA.  We apologized for any inconvenience. 

Return Information

Live Goods Return Policy

All living items (feeders and animals) cannot be returned to Finn's Frog Farm for a refund or exchange.  If there are issues with your live goods please see our Terms & Conditions.
