Animal Live Arrival
All animal shipments are sent Priority Overnight. Temperatures are checked by us at the time of scheduling and the day of shipment to ensure safety for your animals! Finn's Frog Farm guarantees that all animals will arrive alive and in good health, provided that:

Package is picked up within 2 hours of the day of arrival at a shipping Hub.

Failure to meet these guidelines will void Finn's Frog Farm Live Arrival and Health Guarantee.
Claims on Animals
If animals arrive deceased or in poor condition, Finn's Frog Farm requires that:

The customer notifies us of the condition of the animal(s) within 1 hour of arrival via email at finnsfrogfarm@gmail.com

Pictures of the animal(s) must be sent by 4pm EST day of arrival to finnsfrogfarm@gmail.com

All shipping costs are paid for by customer and are nonrefundable.
