Customer Care

Animal Live Arrival & Health Guarantee

All animal shipments are sent via Fedex Priority Overnight. Temperatures are checked by us at the time of scheduling and the day of shipment to ensure safety for your animals! Finn's Frog Farm guarantees that all animals will arrive alive and in good health, provided that:

  • Package is picked up within 1 hour of the day of arrival at a FedEx Hub.

  • Failure to meet these guidelines will void Finn's Frog Farm Live Arrival and Health Guarantee.

 

Claims on Animals

If animals arrive deceased or in poor condition, Finn's Frog Farm requires that:

  • The customer notifies us of the condition of the animal(s) within 1 hour of arrival via email at finnsfrogfarm@gmail.com

  • Pictures of the animal(s) must be sent by 4pm EST day of arrival to finnsfrogfarm@gmail.com

  • Failure to meet these guidelines will void Finn's Frog Farm Live Arrival and Health Guarantee.

Finn's Frog Farm offers a 3-day health guarantee on all animals (exempting tadpoles) purchased from Finn's Frog Farm.

 

If animal(s) purchased arrive in good shape but fail to thrive within 3 days, Finn's Frog Farm requires that:

  • Customer contacts us with the following information:

    • Pictures of the animal(s) and habitat (make sure to show the ENTIRE enclosure), as well as a brief description (substrate used, type of top, lights, etc).

    • Temperature and humidity in the enclosure and the device you're using to measure them (digital or analog thermometer, etc).

    • What other animals are/were present in the enclosure?

    • What is your prior experience with frogs?

    • What did you feed the frog? What did you dust the food with?

    • How long has the frog been in your care?

    • What kind of water did you use with your frog?

    • Did the frog behave unusually before? If so, how? How long did it act this way?

  • Failure to meet these guidelines will void Finn's Frog Farm Live Arrival and Health Guarantee. If Finn's Frog Farm deems the animals failed to thrive by no fault of the customer, reward points for the cost of the animal will be issued.

  • Due to the sensitive nature of tadpoles, Finn's Frog Farm guarantees live arrival of tadpoles. With the exception of dead on arrival, shipping for tadpoles is non-refundable.

 

In the case of an animal arriving in not perfect condition, Finn's Frog Farm extends the health guarantee to 14 days. 

  • The customer notifies us of the condition of the animal(s) within 1 hour of arrival via email at finnsfrogfarm@gmail.com 

  • Picture(s) of the animal(s) must be sent by 4pm EST day of arrival to finnsfrogfarm@gmail.com

  • If the animal(s) is/are not perfect at the end of 14 days, a refund or replacement will be sent.

  • Failure to meet these guidelines will void Finn's Frog Farm Live Arrival and Health Guarantee.

All shipping costs are paid for by customer and are nonrefundable.
